This notice applies to personal data processed by ClawQR as a data controller. Where business customers use the platform to generate QR codes and AI Agents that collect end-user data, the business customer is the data controller and ClawQR is the data processor; the processing relationship between the parties is governed by a separate data processing agreement.
As a data controller, we may process the following categories of personal data: account registration information (such as name and email address), payment information, service usage logs, technical support communications, and data synced from third parties where you have authorized such syncing.
