Welcome to ClawQR. By using our Service, you agree to and accept these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to act on its behalf. If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Service.
ClawQR provides a QR-code-powered AI Agent platform for customer acquisition, including QR code generation and management, AI Agent configuration, lead management, email marketing, analytics, and integration via REST API and the MCP protocol. Service features may change from time to time, and we will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
You must register an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or a security vulnerability, notify us immediately.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms, including but not limited to:
Some features are available on a paid subscription basis. Subscription fees are as shown on the purchase page and are charged at the start of each subscription period. Except as required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time; the Service will remain available until the end of the current billing period.
All intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including software, designs, trademarks, and documentation, belong to ClawQR or its licensors. Content you create while using the Service, such as QR codes, AI Agent configurations, and customer data, belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights necessary to provide the Service.
The Service may integrate with third-party tools or services, such as CRMs and email providers. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their conduct. When using the Service through the API, you must comply with our API usage guidelines.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that content generated by AI Agents will be accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClawQR and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Service.
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published with the effective date before they take effect. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at the defendant's domicile.
